He is survived by: his children, Kelli Cain (Stephanie), Gary Cain (Mary Elizabeth), Shelly Cassels and Misty Kirwan (Dave); his grandchildren, Frank Katsulis (Gabriela), Dylan Stuckey (Crystal), Kaitlyn Siebenmorgen (Colton), Daniel Sweet and Josie Cain; and his great grandchildren, Leilani Katsulis, Giovanni Katsulis, Emmajean Stuckey and Kash Siebenmorgen.
