He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert and Katheryn Louise Starr (Gibson). He is survived by: his wife Jan; his sons, Tony (Geralyn), Chad (Natalee) and Jeremy (Susan); his grandchildren, Bradley Starr (Amanda Skiles), Pieper Muse (Jonathan), Nikki Starr, James Starr and Jackson Starr; his great grandchildren, Hayden and Baker Muse; his siblings, Sandy Stewart (Larry) and Joyce Trigger (Tom); and his in-laws, David and Molly Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, honoring Bob's compassionate spirit.
