He is survived by: his children, Joseph E. Byers (Kenneshea), Tyrone Davis (Marquita), Tynesia Davis and Takesia Strickland; his grandchildren, Joi Byers and Kennedy Byers; and his siblings, Jan Eddy, Rhonda McCray (Mike) and Micheal Byers (Tina). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
