He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Lillian Martin; and his parents, Richard E Coon and Billie J Covington. He is survived by: his lifelong love Stephanie Coon of Kansas City, MO; his daughter Jessica Martin (Sheldon) of Great Falls, MT; his siblings, Marie Stellema (Terry) and Clayton Coon; and his grandchildren, Ellie Martin, Addison Krueger, Jack Martin, Jamison Irick, Owen Krueger and Sophia Garcia. He is also survived by Aunt, several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Souder Family Funeral Home (1333 NE Barry Rd, Kansas City, MO 64155). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
