He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his son Nick; his daughter-in-law Carrie; his grandson William; his daughter Cassi; his son-in-law Chris; his grandchildren, Jaxon, Johnna and Ryan; his stepdaughter Chrissy; his son-in-law Derick; his grandchildren, Cameron, Colten and Brooklyn; his stepson Curtis (Brandy); his granddaughters, Allie, Ashlyn and Sammie; his mother Maxine; and his siblings, Rick, Johnnie and Debbie. He is also survived by family members and friends.
