He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Switzer of Associate's Painting Co and Julia Switzer; his sisters, Julia Stigall and Kathy Frey; his brother-in-law Steve Sloat; and his nephew Mark Wholey.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis LaSala (LaSala); his sons, Brian (Niki), Kevin (Jessica), Sean (Stephanie) and Scott; his siblings, Mark (Judy), Carole Sloat and Janet Wholey (Bob); his brother-in-law Pete Frey; and also, Lilli Kate, Luci, Jude, Liza, Ellie, Dom, Jack, Millie, Eric, Louie and Evie.
