He was predeceased by: his parents, Captain Gerald C. Halloran and Leota F. Halloran. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Halloran; his stepson Scott Millar; his children, Anne Ramirez (Tony) and James Halloran (Kim); his siblings, Cynthia Caffrey and Steven Halloran; and his grandchildren, Josh, TJ Ramirez, Brennen and Lillian Halloran. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (8510 Wornall Rd, Kansas City, MO 64114). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
