He was predeceased by: his father Ellis Vaughn; and his grandparents, Martha, James Oakes, Jesse "Bill" and Treese Vaughn.
He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Johnson (Robert Johnson); his sister Erin Vaughn (Corry Scott); his wife Jessica Vaughn (Ehlinger); and his sons, Colin Vaughn and Declan Vaughn.
