She was predeceased by: her mother Vickie Gibbons; and her grandparents, Nataline Gibbons, Vernon Gibbons and John Farnsworth. She is survived by: her father Gary Farnsworth (Bonnie) of Olathe, KS; her son Alex Farnsworth (Akuji Johnson); her close friend Steven Koelzer of Kansas City, KS; her grandmother Marybelle Farnsworth of Leawood, KS; her siblings, Chris Farnsworth (Sarah) of Lenexa, KS and Amanda Vega of Mustang, OK; her nephew Conner Vega of Mustang, OK; her stepsister Sheri Ruggles (Max); her niece Grace Ruggles; and her nephew Jake Ruggles of Lenexa, KS. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a contribution to the KC Hospice House, 12000 Wornall Rd, Kansas City, MO 64145 where she was blessed to stay for her final days of life.
