He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dolores Wolf of Kansas City, Missouri and Gregg Madill of Oshawa; and his aunt Kathy Wolf. He is survived by: his grandparents, Joseph L. Wolf and Janice Madill of Oshawa; his sister Dr. Morgann Madill of St. Louis, Missouri; his uncles, Joe Wolf (Kelly Wolf) and Robert Madill (Kelly); his cousins, Emma of Port Hope and Joe Wolf (Tator); and his parents, Jeffrey G. Madill and Cheryl L. Madill (Wolf).
