In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Marilyn had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Marilyn may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Dennis Carl Gott and Howard Woods; her son Anthony Lee Gott; her siblings, Bobby Keith Dean and Melinda Sue Dean; and her son-in-law David J. Pingleton.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Gott (Marci) of Lenexa, Kansas, Denise Pingleton and Jamie Nunez of Liberty, Missouri; and her siblings, Ron Dean of Overland Park, David Dean of Stover, Missouri and Judy Smith of California, Missouri. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tiffany Greens Neighborhood Club House (Not the Golf Club) (10401 N St Clair Ave, Kansas City, MO 64154). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
