She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Johnson and Margaret Johnson (Lewis); and her daughter Tammy Nagel. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Edwards; her children, Suzanne Strein, Sarah Thompson (Matthew) and Jerry Nagel (Stephanie); her sister Linda Kubach (Kent); and her grandchildren, Jane, Samuel, Harold Thompson, Olive Strein, Molly Nagel, Zachary Siress and Bethany Siress.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Speaks Suburban Chapel (18020 East 39th St S, Independence, MO 64055). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:30 AM.
Donations may be made in her name to One Community Hospice.
