She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kelly and Bernice Kelly (Corson); her husband Robert Vaughn; and her siblings, Gary Kelly, Tom Kelly, Bernadine Kelly and Mathelda Kelly.
She is survived by: her children, James Vaughn of Independence, MO, John Vaughn (Sharise) of Raytown, MO and Kelly Hellums (David) of Raytown; and her grandchildren, Garrett Vaughn and Abigail Vaughn-Carranza (Bryan).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bernadette Catholic Church (9020 E 51st Terrace, Kansas City, MO 64133). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (20109 MO-13 BUS, Higginsville, MO 64037).
