He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R. Lee and Jesse O. Lee (Criswell); and his siblings, Bob Lee, Neil Lee and Nancy Bracken.

He is survived by: his wife Judith Carol Beck; and his children, Susan Carol Luse (Tom), Robert Ivan Lee, Laurianne Hilmer (Ted), Terri Lee Costello (Dan) and Becky Lee McGee (Tim). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
