With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lee Petty (Kansas City, Missouri), born in Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on July 2, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Conner and Catherine Conner; her husband Ralph Petty; her brother Bob Conner (Sheila) of Warren, Ohio; her children, Cathy Broockerd (Terry) of Kansas City, Mindy McDermott (Rick) of Kansas City, Doug Petty (Barbara) of Kansas City, Mark Petty (Elizabeth) of Kansas City and Janice Woods of Osage Beach; her grandchildren, Todd Broockerd (Chelsea), Randy Broockerd (Chrissy), Stephanie Mertel (Brad), Renee Johnson (Jeff), Allison Petty, Conner Petty and Tyler Woods; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Max, Summer, Sydney and Camille. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
