He was predeceased by: his parents, Jule Gershon and Helen Gershon; and his sister Judy Lew. He is survived by: his nephews, Jason Lew (Jenny) and Jeff Lew (Shelley); and his niece Jenna Lew-Feit (Corey Feit).
