He is survived by: his children, Karen Murphy (Carl) of Belton Missouri, Bob Blanton (Karin) of Kansas City, Jim Blanton (Debbie) of Olathe, Kansas and Michael Blanton of Kansas City; and his grandchildren, Dennis Murphy (Jamie), Amanda Hull (Brian), Jessica Lyman (Mitch), Tyler Blanton (Stephanie), Christina Vargas (Jesus), Mike Blanton and Kevin Blanton (Jasmine).
