She is survived by: her mother Luann Spence (Kleinschmit); her grandchild Cannon; her children, Andrea Anthony and Dillon Anthony; her stepson Michael Worley; her grandchildren, Anthony Coffelt, Jaycee Saling and Birdee Anthony; and her siblings, Roxann Cool (Brad), Lance Spence Gary (Virginia) and Shane Spence (Jessica). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Her wish was that donations be made in her name to St Croix Hospice, or to ALS Association and send in care to Dickey Funeral Home, P.O. Box 432, Harrisonville, Missouri 64701.
