He was predeceased by: his father Paul Bernard Koch. He is survived by: his mother Challen Margaret Koch; his wife Ada Murray; his children, Megan (Eric Schraedley), Gwen (Alex Pickett) and RJ; his granddaughter Birdie; and his siblings, Paul, Kathryn and Caroline.
