He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Helen Jean Williams; his sisters, Brenda Jean Long (Wilbert) and Barbara Williams; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dr. LaShonda K. Barnett, Lisa Wilette Perry, Jordan Searcy, Aaron Searcy and Logan Perry. He was also cherished by cousins, other relatives and friends.
