Booth, Jr.; his wife Lori Booth; his cousin Annamaria Pileggi (Opal Andrews); his grandfather Frank "Chico" Scimeca; his aunt Shelley Pileggi; his grandparents, Joseph Francis Pileggi and Charlsie Cleo Mantle Pileggi; and also, Frank "Chico" Scimeca and Lena Oliver Shortino (Vincent Shortino).
