He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Jordan); his children, Christine White (Stephen) of Falls Church, VA, Theresa Purk of Roeland Park, KS, John Purk of Kansas City, MO, Elizabeth Purk of Dallas, TX, Michael Purk (Maddie) of Rowlett, TX, Patricia Purk of Kansas City, MO and Mary Rose Purk of Kansas City, MO.; and his siblings, Mary Winkelmann (Al) of St. Louis, MO, Bill Purk of St. Louis, Gary Purk (Mary) of Chicago, IL, Ray Purk (Darcy) of Owensboro, KY, Marilyn Boncek (Ray) of Chester Springs, PA and Steve Purk of Heartland, TX.. He is also survived by 30 nieces, nephews, and their children.
