He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Male and Kathryn Male (Massman); his former wife Kathryn Kretschmer; and his siblings, Charles, Mary Catherine Winston and Jean Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Cordes Male; his sister Elizabeth Dugan; his children, Susan Chappell, John Male Jr. (Glee Peters), Chuck Male (Sosie), Tom Male, Mary Katherine Caffrey (David), Bob Male (Melissa), Peggy Male Lowe and Patty Love (Scott); and his stepchildren, Christen Schmeltz (Trace), Cathryn Linney (Jay) and Bradley Cordes (Cynthia). He is also survived by his 33 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
A wake will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Cure´of Ars Catholic Church. A rosary will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
