He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Kohn and Juliana A. Kohn (Pestka); his daughter Alice; and his wife Margaret. He is survived by: his son Dr. Jack Kohn (Barbara); his grandchildren, Juliann Bernard (Richard), Donna Campoverde (Jaime), Ann Greene (James), John Kohn, III (Ronen), William Kohn (Brittany), Peter Kohn (Rachna), Kristina Kohn, Patrick Bernard (Kate), Maggie O'Neal (Ryan), Molly Bernard, Katie Bernard, Michael Campoverde, Daniel Campoverde and Mariel Campoverde; his great grandchildren, Nicholas Kohn, Logan Kohn and Ahijit Kohn; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. Michael Lynch and Denise Kohn.
