She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie Kay Conrad and Mary Katherine Conrad; her grandchildren, Jake Haskins (Jocelyn), Lilli Haskins and Elijah Haskins; her great grandchildren, Catalaya Brown (Conrad), Brenden Conrad Jr. and Samuel Raymond Conrad; her siblings, Lyanne "Annie" Clemens (Darrell), Juanita "Tudie" Williams (Phil), Julie Phillips (Deeds) and Clayton Deeds; and also, Brenden Conrad Sr. (Madison), Seth O'Dell and Abigail O'Dell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
