With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jay I. Rozen M. D. (Kansas City, Missouri), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 10, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delphine Rozen and Harry Rozen. He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Kay Rozen; his daughters, Laura Rozen (Mike Evans) and Natalie Rosenberg (Steve Rosenberg); his grandchildren, Rachel, Meredith and Jordan Rosenberg; his sister Ann'Snippy'Kobey; his nieces, Jaimie and Faryl Kander; his sister-in-law Eleanor'Snooky'Blakemore; his cousins, Judy, Don Horwitz, Cissy Trachtenberg, Joann, Marty Jacobson, Wayne and Joey Spritz; and also Quang Nguyen. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would suggest donations to Doctors Without Borders.
