He is survived by: his wife Kim; his sons, Mike (Maggie) and Rick (Carissa); his grandchildren, Carter and Maryn; his stepmother Joan Nelson Bow; and his sisters, Carol Mitchell and Donna Morley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
