He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lloyd, Jean Sage of Kansas City, Bruce and Sherrie Robb of Lathrop, Missouri.. He is survived by: his former wife Sarah (Crotteau) of Metamora, Illinois.; his parents, Loren Sage and Lorie Sage of Kansas City, Missouri.; his brothers, John Sage (Lacey) of Springfield and David Sage (Maria) of St. Louis, Missouri.; and his grandparents, Phillip and Phyllis Benedict of Wheatland, Missouri.. He is also survived by many friends, aunts, uncles and cousins as well as internet friends.
