He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gilpin and Beatrice Gilpin (Lower); and his siblings, Sheldon, Ed, John, Bill, Joe, Ralph, Bob, Helen Weisenborn, Dorothy Gilpin, Mildred Wise, Elsie Hurst, Mary Grayce Shaneck and Ruth Ann Wakeman.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughters, Janet Glasnapp, Pam Stanley (Rick) and Sandy Gilpin; his grandchildren, Brooke Glasnapp, Nick Glasnapp (Mary), Jack and Kyle Stanley; his great grandchildren, Emma and Kate Glasnapp; and his sister Myrt Dunn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
