He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Nathan Curts and Megan Rahn (Joe); his grandchildren, Colton Curts, James and Clara Rahn; and his sisters, Sandy Sloan (Jim), Michele Lindley and Denise Hoenshell (Mark).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Saint Luke's Hospice House.
