He was predeceased by: his former wife Vicki Otterman (Tuller); his brother Arthur Otterman, Jr; his stepson Verlin Smith; and his son-in-law Tom Bone. He is survived by: his wife Joan Louise Otterman (Starr); his children, Jeff Otterman (Tina) of Kansas City, MO, Cathy Bone and Leslie Hansen; his grandchildren, Kathleen, Megan, Brooklynne, Jessica, Lauren, Joel and Katelyn; his great grandchild Titus; and his siblings, James Otterman (Karen) of Lathrop, MO, Richard Otterman (Elaine) of Trimble, MO and Charles David Shuster of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
