He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Combay; his children, Lucien Combay, Julia Combay, William Combay, Christine Combay, Natalie Combay, Angel Combay, Olivia Combay and Horatius Combay Jr.; his brother Victor Combay; and his close friend Julius Winn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel, Inc. (4707 E Truman Rd, Kansas City, MO 64127). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hope Ministries (6002 Anderson Ave, Kansas City, MO 64123). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Blue Ridge Lawn Cemetery (2640 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64129).
