He was predeceased by: his parents, Meyer Weiss and Julia Weiss; his wife Mary Lee Weiss; his grandson Joshua Murphy; his close friend Marty Raffurty; and his sister Tuffy.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Weiss (Janice), Frank Weiss (Tenna) and Rona Murphy. He is also survived by His 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
