She was predeceased by: her parent Cornealious S. Scott Sr.; and her brother Matthew. She is survived by: her former husband Sylvester Thomas; her spouse Theral Golden; her stepchildren, Latrice, Tramail and Terrance; her son Richard Brandon Thomas; her daughter-in-law Jovon Thomas; her siblings, Wanda Scott-Broussard of Tuscan, AZ, William M. Scott (Elreatha) of San Jose, CA, Cornealious S. Scott, II (Corrine) of Hampton, VA and Rev. Steven E. Scott of Stafford, VA.; and her grandchildren, Karley Stanley, Alyssa Corona, Dorian Thomas, Layla Thomas and Kiera Thomas. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and many, many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ant the Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Corinthian Baptist Church (6841 Sni a Bar Rd, Kansas City, MO 64129).
