Leroy and Evelyn; his wife Christina; his daughter Diana; his brother Nathan (Angela); his nieces and nephews, Adalain, Clint and Wesley; his aunt Joyce; his sister-in-law Sonya; his niece Katelyn; his pets, Loki, Sasha, Susie, Buddy and Lady; and also, Stephen and Bernadette.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Midwest Transplant Network in memory of Evert.
