She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Edwards and Leatha Owens Edwards; her daughter Dawn; her husband Victor L. Thompson; her brother Jerry Edwards; and her stepson Ted Haub.
She is survived by: her sons, David Alexander of Kansas City and Alex Alexander of Mission; her stepchildren, Gary Thompson (Debby) and Vicki Haub; her brother Michael Edwards (Marilyn); her sisters-in-law, Louise Edwards and Lynn Alexander; her grandchildren, Jill White (Todd), Kimberly Lovan (Dorn), Nicole Davidge (Briston), Kira Monet, Bryon Thompson (Sonny) and Matt Thompson (Lauren); and her great grandchildren, Hollie Edison, William Davidge, Dexter Lovan, Nixon Lovan, Evan Thompson and Liam Thompson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
