He was predeceased by: his parents, John Keegan and Mary Keegan (Kohler); his wife Carol Keegan (Woods); his stepchild Gayle Lynn Niccoli; his stepgrandson Michael Alan Keegan; and his siblings, Donald Ralph Keegan and Mary Catherine Keegan.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Mary Ann Keegan (Yuelkenbeck); his nephew Don Keegan; and his nieces, Janice Plum, Linda Pickert and Tammy Amendola.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (309 Benton Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64124). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (7601 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64138).
In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to Kansas City Hospice; St. Anthony's Catholic Church; or to the charity of donor's choice.
