He is survived by: his children, Elliott Eley, II (Angela) of Kansas City, MO, Rossilyn Banks of Wichita, KS and Richard Eley, Sr. (Silinda) of Kansas City, MO; his brother Dennis Swink (Donna) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Jessica Eley, Reginald Burgin (Domina), Richard Eley II, Shalonda Eley, Isaiah Eley, Anthony Eley and Meaghan Eley; and his great grandchildren, Domiyla, Royale, Arjay, Robert, Autumn, Zakariah and True. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
