She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Lazar and June Dubois; her daughter Deborah Everett; and her great grandchild Chace Freeman. She is survived by: her daughters, Stacy Perry (Alan) and Valerie Johnson (Charley); and her grandchildren, Jeff, Elizabeth, Joshua, Jessica and Shawna (Phillip). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, and many other family members and friends.
