He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Andrews (Jim) and Beverly L. Andrews (Bev); and his brother Kim Andrews. He is survived by: his brother Bruce Andrews; his sisters-in-law, Melinda Andrews and Geneie Andrews; his former wife Melinda Barclay (Mindy); his sons, Ben Nies, James Andrews and Nathan Cushenbery-Andrews; his daughters-in-law, Sara Cushenbery-Andrews and Megan Baker; and his grandchildren, McKenzie, Vivian, Sofia, Noah, Stella, Sylvia and Lydia. He is also survived by three nephews and four nieces.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Hospital or the Arbor Day Society in memory of Dennis.
