He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel Rambo and Lizzie B. Rambo; his siblings, Geneva Fisher, Lula B. Love, Jessie B. Johnson, Delleaner Roberson, Lottie B. Marks, Erma Simmons and Albert Rambo; his son Eric Tyrone Rambo; and his granddaughter Latefa Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rambo; his children, Vincent Simmons of Dallas, TX, Roger Rambo of Kansas City, MO, Jackie Williams of Kansas City, MO, Stephanie Early of Kansas City, MO, Diane Walker (Kenneth) of Kansas City, MO and Estella Rambo of Kansas City, MO; and his siblings, Rev. Emanuel Rambo Jr., Rev. Julius Rambo Sr. (Louise), Lizzie Ashley and Glossie Love. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sunlight Missionary Baptist Church (4444 Woodland Ave, Kansas City, MO 64110). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at the Forest Hill Cemetery (6901 Troost Ave, Kansas City, MO 64131).
