He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ryan and Nellie Ryan; his son Gary Wayne Cisco; and his siblings, Edna Creason and Sam Ryan.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Ryan (Stoneberger); his children, William D. Ryan of Tullahoma, Tennessee, Rocky Lyn Cisco of Kansas City, MO, Michael Wayne Ryan of Kansas City, MO and Regina Lynn Dowd (Ryan) of Independence, MO; and his sisters, Ruth Mae Dodson of Independence, MO and Nellie Evelyn Liggett of Richmond, MO. He is also survived by numerous Nieces & Nephews.
