He is survived by: his parents, Jack Hensley (Carole) and Diana Belmont (Donald); his brother Mark Steven Hensley (Terri); his stepsiblings, Kendal Lee Foster (Heather) and Gwen Cameron (Doug); his nephews, Sam, Aidan Cameron, Kai, Sienna and Paige Foster; his aunts, Charlotte Tyler (Mike), Patty Bloomfield (Stewart), Cindy Crumley and Sissie Fleshman (Rudy); and his cousins, Angie Winder (John) and Nancy Denig (David). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
