David Gene Polivka Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Polivka and Jean Polivka. He is survived by: his wife Renee Lynne Polivka of Kansas City, Missouri; his brother Mark Polivka (Teri) of Olathe Kansas; his niece Andrea Chapman; his nieces, Jenny Olsen (Garrett), Lorrie Soriano (Isidro) and Cindy Wonders (Mike); his aunt Dianne Artman of Henderson Kentucky; his stepchildren, Spencer Pearson (Laurien) of Kansas City, Missouri and Taylre Srader-Pearson (Jenny) of Independence, Missouri; and also Halle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren, and friends.
