He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Wroten of Kansas City, Missouri. and Candice Jackson of Kansas City, Missouri.; and his siblings, Russell Williams Sr. (Twinna), Mark Williams (Barbara) of Kansas City, Missouri, Galen Williams (Inge) of Nashua, Lee Ferguson of Homer, Louisiana, Pamela Smith (Glen), Alma Irving, Gail Bynum (Jonathan), Karen Mozee of Kansas City, Missouri, Charlotte Jackson (Jeff), Dylane Louis (Gregory) of Hayward, California, Lori Thompson (Larry) of Orlando and Deborah Watson of Kansas City, Kansas. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
