He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Fenley and Lillian Fenley (Wiskowski). He is survived by: his son Paul Fenley (Mackenzie) of Tulsa, OK; his grandson Graham; his daughter Ann Harrison (Morgan) of Denver, CO.; and his siblings, Geri Lynn Parscale (Fenley) of Lawrence, KS and Mark Fenley (Marillyn) of Troy, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Visitation Parish (5141 Main St, Kansas City, MO 64112). A rosary was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
