He is survived by: his wife Deborah Jo Douglas; his sisters, Roberta McConnell, Rebecca Rowland, Ramona Renfro and Rhonda Douglas; his stepdaughter Abey Jo Douglass; his grandchild Taylor Jo; his children, Daniel Thomas Minnerick (Liz) and Rachel Elizabeth Russell; his grandchildren, Rylei, Carter and Piper; his stepson Jesse David Hayes (Tabitha); his granddaughters, Sophia and Isabelle; his stepdaughter Jody Marie Hayes; and his grandchildren, Tucker Spears and Emma Lee Hayes.
