He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Brandt; his parents, Mario and Anita; his siblings, Alex and Jean; and his son-in-law David Jonassen (Rose).
He is survived by: his children, Paul, Mike (Kathy), Rose and Carol (Lee); and his grandchildren, Ryan (Gabby) and Elise. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
