He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex A. Bradley and Addie Gertrude Bradley (Carter); his wife Juanella M. Bradley (Lloyd); and his siblings, Leon, William, Ethel, Mildred, Grace, Isaiah, Odra, Stanley and John.

He is survived by: his children, Teresina, Stacia Brown (Bradley) and Cortez, II; his grandchildren, Brandi, Camille and Bradley; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Ayden, Mason and Jordan.
