In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Constance leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Constance may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her father James E. Simmons; and her sister Sheryl Simmons Campen. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Alice Simmons (Kessinger) of Kansas City; her husband Steve Saale; her brother Larry Simmons of Tampa, FL; and her nieces, Denise Campen Smith of Wentzville, MO and Sara Campen Tindell Brown of Independence, MO. She is also survived by 6 great nieces, numerous great-great nieces and a great-great nephew.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (1357 NE 42nd Terrace, Kansas City, MO 64116). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
